Hi All, my name is Ryan Anthony. I'm a Senior Theatre Art Major at Bowie State University. As an actor, I've recently been fascinated with the idea of Villains in all forms of media. Which prompted me to dive into what makes a villain and what a villain actually is. This has even moved into an independent project I'm working on called "Villains Win" where I pose the question, "in order to succeed, should the villains win?" Here's my initial prompt. Enjoy

Villains...
Often times if not every time, the depiction of a villain is inherently bad person. What we as artist or even spectators fail to realize, the most compelling villains are the ones who can be justifiably seen as right. So where is the line drawn for the "villain" of they're bad and no one likes them, versus their ideal are misguided but they're actually right?
